This 90 minute session includes an introduction to the Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair. By the end, you should have the start of a Pilates foundation, and be more comfortable entering a general class.

Balance Workshop

This workshop, led by our Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor, Mahitha Reddy,is a 2-hour workshop learning some of the fundamentals involved with balance. In this workshop we will talk about why balance is so important and safe ways to improve your balance. This class safe for those with injuries, and will be challenging for all levels.
Previous Pilates experience is not required.
